Hey there! My name is Dana. Certified Adventurist, DogMom, Health aspirationist and Bookworm, here. I have a Bachelors degree in Communication and have worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years. I work as a Medical Imaging Specialist in MRI. I have always enjoyed working with and helping people. I became a travel technologist a few years ago when my brother got cancer. I quit my job and went to be with him before he passed. I have always enjoyed travel, and now I get paid to do it! I travel with my copilot in life, a 2 year old Goldador, Ruthie Rose- she is always up for an adventure! In this website I will share my travels with you -itineraries for day trips, best places to eat, hike and bike, and of course, dog friendly venues. I will also share my own health journey; Learning to manage my health while navigating the healthcare industry and health insurance trying to get treatment coverage for a rare disease has been an uphill battle.
